Having the room painted in warm colors could make the experience much more satisfying. Strip the room of all sorts of clutter that will bring about the stress factor. Having pictures of people you love is good therapy . The best part about all of it is that it does not take up most of your money. This way you are assured that the only thing that will come between you and your sleep is an alarm to remind you to get to work.
